Individual Coaching
What can I expect from coaching?
I provide trauma informed affirming coaching for adults supporting neurodivergent clients (autistic, highly sensitive, ADHD etc.) as well as LGBTQIA+ folx. I also work with relationship-diverse, kink, disabled/chronic illness and activist communities.
Many of the people I work with share that they’ve tried other support spaces in the past and found them only somewhat helpful. Often this was because they felt the need to censor parts of themselves, adapt to expectations that didn’t fit, or spend a lot of energy advocating for their needs. Coaching can offer a different kind of space — one that is collaborative, flexible, and centered on the whole person.
Finding a coach who understands key parts of your lived experience can make it easier to show up fully and honestly. Working with someone who shares or deeply respects your community and context can change how supported and understood the process feels.
My approach to coaching is collaborative and non-judgmental. I see each client as the expert in their own lived experience, values, and identity. Coaching is not about fixing or diagnosing, but about creating space for reflection, growth, and intentional forward movement.
My approach to coaching is collaborative, person-centered, and deeply neurodiversity- and queer-affirming. Clients often share that this space supports continued growth in self-understanding and self-compassion. For more about what neurodiversity-affirming coaching means here, please see the FAQ page.
